Your details.
Handled with care.

What we collect

When you join early access, we save your email address, the company name you choose to provide, the signup date and the version of the consent text you accepted.

How we use it

We use these details to contact you about Fairmount’s development and future early-access or pilot opportunities. Joining does not create a purchase, reservation or commitment to take part.

Where it is stored

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with signup and site-activity records stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Authorized Fairmount administrators can review and export these records. We do not sell signup details or use advertising trackers.

Understanding site activity

We record basic statistics about requests that reach our website, including the page path without its query string, response status and latency, referring domain, browser and device family, and approximate country, region and network when supplied by our hosting service. This helps us understand traffic, errors and automated visits. We do not store raw IP addresses, full browser-identification strings, precise location or request contents in our analytics. Automated visitors are classified from their claimed browser identification; only hosting-provided verification is treated as verified.

If you allow analytics, we also measure page views, campaign labels, clicks, sections viewed, scroll depth, engaged time, diagram and FAQ interactions, form starts and outcomes, and available page-performance measurements. For consented visits, we can also use a country response from our hosting service; only its country code is included in analytics. Random identifiers let us understand sessions and returning visits to this website. If you also join early access, we can connect that signup to your consented session. We do not record typed form values, keystrokes, page text, screen recordings or activity on other websites.

Analytics choices and retention

You can allow or decline optional analytics, and change your choice using “Analytics preferences” on the website. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by disabling optional browser collection and visitor identification. Our preference cookie remembers your choice for six months. After you allow analytics, a random visitor cookie lasts up to six months and a session cookie expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Withdrawing permission stops collection and requests deletion of the activity associated with your current visitor identifier. Identifiers are removed after deletion is confirmed. If deletion cannot be confirmed, the session identifier is removed immediately and the visitor identifier is kept for up to one day solely so you can retry deletion. A short-lived deletion marker prevents requests already in progress from restoring deleted activity. Clearing cookies first may prevent us from locating that pseudonymous history.

Individual activity covers up to 90 days. Expired activity is removed as new activity arrives, and older records may be removed sooner to keep the history within 100,000 events. Anonymous daily summaries, without visitor identifiers or contact details, can be kept for up to 400 days for longer-term reporting and internal email summaries. Removing individual history does not remove those anonymous totals. Basic server statistics do not depend on optional analytics permission. Early-access contact details are kept separately until you request removal. Analytics permission and permission to receive Fairmount emails are separate choices.

Your choice

You can request removal using the form below, or reply to any Fairmount update you receive. We may contact you to confirm a removal request. We will use the list only for the purpose you agreed to. If that purpose changes, we will ask first.
